PolarTREC (Teachers & Researchers Exploring and Collaborating) - PolarTREC is an educational research experience, funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation and Managed by the Arctic Research Consortium of the U.S., in which K-12 teachers participate in polar research, working closely with scientists as a pathway to improving science education
School of Rock (through JOI) - An oceangoing research expedition for earth and ocean science teachers.
The Armada Project- a mentoring and research experience program for K-12 teachers. It places teachers in research projects all over the world, including the polar regions. Based out of University of Rhode Island. Includes the Teachers Experienceing Antarctica and the Arctic (TEA) program).
