Where

The University of Texas J.J. Pickle Research Campus, located in the new Research Office Complex (ROC), Building 196. The ROC building houses the Institute for Geophysics, the Bureau of Economic Geology and the Texas Advanced Computation Center. It is located in the northeast 
quadrant of the Pickle Research Campus.

How

Hotel information, maps and directions to the Pickle Research Campus may be accessed here.

Parking - you will need to receive a parking permit at the guard station at the entrance to the J.J. Pickle Research Campus. The guard will direct you to the appropriate parking area.

Meals - the following meals will be provided:
    Snack and dinner Thursday
    Breakfast and lunch Friday and Saturday


GIFT Workshop: American Geophysical Union

As a special opportunity, AGU is bringing one of its renowned workshops (Geophysical Information for Teachers) to the TXESS Revolution. Participants are welcome to stay in Austin for a couple of extra days to participate.
